The Board of Trustees is a social entity that is legally independent from the roles of its members. No single member of the Board has the authority to act independently on behalf of the Board unless he or she has been given the authority to do so. Al Arqam Academy is dedicated to adhering to the regulations established by the Supreme Education Council concerning the Academy’s Board of Trustees. These regulations outline the criteria that must be met to establish such a board, its roles and structure, and the process for selecting its members.
To guarantee that the Board of Trustees fulfills its obligations, the SEC has established certain requirements, such as the length of their membership, their assigned duties, the process by which vacant seats are filled, and the minimum number of members required at meetings.
