It is with great enthusiasm that we introduce the Strategic Plan for Al Arqam Academy for Girls for the period 2025-2030.
The Academy is guided by values such as honesty, respect, responsibility, sincerity, and sisterly love. Our learning outcomes focus on developing students who are devoted and thoughtful Muslims, independent thinkers, possess 21st-century skills, maintain a well-balanced lifestyle, and are committed to making positive contributions to their school, national, and global environments.
The Strategic Plan outlines key focus areas, including educational leadership, educational performance and learning environment, development and care for learners, resource management, and parental and community partnership. Specific projects, performance indicators, targets, and actions have been laid out to achieve the goals set forth in each area.
